COPLAY HIGH SCHOOL MEMORIES.

                                     MEMORIES

I DON'T THINK I'LL HAVE MUCH TO SAY HERE. THE PICTURE AND TEXT SAY IT ALL.  WE WERE FORTUNATE TO BECOME ACQUAINTED WITH MANY OF THESE GOOD PEOPLE IN OUR MORE THAN 59 YEARS AS RESIDENTS OF COPLAY. GOD BLESS THEM ALL. THIS WAS PUBLISHED IN THE NEIGHBORS SECTION OF THE MORNING CALL ON JAN. 8, 1998.

                              A BONUS PICTURE OF TWO.

PICTURE FROM L. KATHRYN FOGEL MEMORABILIA.

SOMEONE ONCE TOLD ME THAT THE CAR DIDN'T LOOK THE SAME A WEEK OR TWO LATER. CAN ANYONE VERIFY THIS? PLEASE CONTACT US. THIS OCCURRED A YEAR BEFORE WE MOVED TO COPLAY.

PAGE FROM CENTENNIAL HISTORY BOOK WITH FIRST LIBRARY AT SECOND AND CENTER STS.

SOMEONE QUESTIONED THE LOCATION OF THE COPLAY LIBRARY WHEN IT WAS CREATED AND MOVED  INTO A "BRICK AND MORTAR BUILDING". THEY HAD REMINISCED ABOUT GOING TO A MOBILE LIBRARY ON THE COPLAY DISCOUNT FAIR PARKING LOT. OH GOD, HOW THINGS HAVE CHANGED.
NOTE:  Mr. GEORGE MILLER TOTALLY INVOLVED IN CREATION OF COPLAY'S PUBLIC LIBRARY AND AN INDIVIDUAL THAT WE BELIEVE SHOULD BE HONORED POSTHUMOUSLY FOR ALL HE ACCOMPLISHED FOR OUR COMMUNITY.

GOD BLESS,
FRANK AND ANN DICKMAN
